Business Operations Manager - The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operational aspect of Cargill's Zoonivet business (https://zoonivet.com/). - In this role, you will build and lead a team of operations resources across various cities, who along with you will be responsible for smooth functioning of the business. - You will promote the brand's products and / or services and manage the digital commerce capabilities on electronic commerce platforms. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES : - Build and manage the city operations team - Develop and manage the relationship with vendors & suppliers - Partner with commercial stakeholders to drive go to market initiatives, make data driven decisions and leverage customer insights and innovative ideas to support product development, sales growth and enable integrated business planning for the assigned area - Gather insights, review relevant processes and partner with cross functional teams to continuously improve existing processes with the goal of achieving a more efficient and effective organization by using innovative tools and creative resources - Lead and develop a team, coach, and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions - There would be others, the above are just the key ones MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : - MBA degree in Operations / Supply chain or a related field or equivalent experience - Minimum of 3 years of Operations manager experience in a D2C company - Other minimum qualifications may apply GOOD TO HAVE : - Prior experience with e-commerce company - Being a pet parent - Knowledge of Kannada or any other South Indian language is highly desirable Note: This role is based in Bangalore and will require travel within the city. Due to the nature of the role, working from home isn't an option for this position.
