Job Purpose and Impact : The Compensation Administrator I, will help handle global cash compensation. In this role, you will assist in overseeing nonmanagerial production and sales incentives programs and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees. Key Accountabilities : 1. Collaborate with business teams to enter new plans into our system. 2. Support managers by responding to their queries and assisting during the recommendation period. 3. Handle deferred bonus, retention bonus and other global processes. 4. Update plan documents and standard operation procedures regularly. 5. Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. 6. Other duties as assigned Qualifications : Minimum Qualifications : 1. Degree in a related field or equivalent experience 2. Experience/Exposure in handling end-to-end STI, LTI & Sales incentive plans 3. Working experience on Market Benchmarking/survey activities and Annual compensation review process 4. Que Management tool knowledge and experience (Ex. Remedy force, Service now) 5. Technology & Tools: Hands-on experience in Share point, Power BI, and SuccessFactors 6. Flexible with Shift timings (12.30 pm to 9.30 pm), Willing to adapt Hybrid work model (Especially three days of work from the Office) & Learning agility (Certification related to Total Rewards & Compensation function
