(CAAPL) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CareEdge, rendering customised industry research reports, transaction advisory, policy and management advisory service, technoeconomic viability study and financial modelling for projects.

Position Associate Director/Director - Consulting practice.

Role & Responsibility :

- The candidate is expected to play an integral role in growth and performance of the Consultancy business.

- Past experience of working in a consulting firm and independently leading teams and executing assignments is desirable.

- The candidate is expected to have ability to conceptualize, structure and successfully deliver various consulting assignments, in both private and public sector.

Ability to manage and execute assignments across a range of areas including:

- Business strategy and planning.

- Market assessment and opportunity identification.

- Business/geographical expansion.

- Commercial due diligence.

- Business plan feasibility.

- Competition benchmarking.

- Credit scorecards.

- Transaction advisory.

- Policy advisory.

- Connect with market participants, as required, for generating business opportunities.

- Showcase thought-leadership and build franchise for the business and represent the business in external forums.

- Deliver presentations to clients and internal committees.

- Making exceptional proposals/pitches along with a strong ability to interpret client needs.

Skills:

- Experience in managing and executing projects, and direct client dealing.

- Superior team management.

- Ability to think out of the box and come out with innovative solutions/ideas to. complex challenges.

- Ability to structure and write high-quality reports and make presentations.

- Analytical skills with ability to lead independently.

- Excellent oral communication and presentation skills.

- Positive attitude and ability to work across teams within tight deadlines.

Educational Qualification:

- MBA (Fin.)/CA.

- Work experience of at least 12-15 years or more with demonstrated execution track record of various industry and consulting assignments.
