Key Responsibilities

- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth financial analysis and prepare comprehensive reports to support strategic decision-making.

- Auditing & Compliance: Lead internal audit engagements, ensuring compliance with all financial regulations, standards, and internal policies.

- Financial Planning & Budgeting: Contribute to the annual financial planning and budgeting processes, helping to forecast future performance and allocate resources effectively.

- Risk Management & Mitigation: Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, safeguarding the company's assets and financial health.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including Central Operations, International Business, Claims & Underwriting, and Finance, to provide financial insights and support their operational goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- A Chartered Accountant qualification is mandatory.

- A strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and industry best practices.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
