Role and Responsibilities:

As the Branch Manager, you will be a key leader responsible for the overall success and operations of the Mumbai branch. You will drive business growth, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead a high-performing team. Your main responsibilities will include:


- Branch Operations: Oversee all day-to-day branch activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of insurance professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to meet and surpass branch sales targets and business objectives.

- Customer Service: Uphold the company's commitment to customer-centricity by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and resolving any customer issues in a timely manner.

- Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure the branch operates in full compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

- Performance Analysis: Analyze branch performance data, identify market trends, and make strategic decisions to optimize business growth.


Qualifications and Skills:

- Educational Background: A Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required.

- Experience: Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and successfully managing a team.

- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, management, and decision-making abilities.

- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and engage with customers.

- Analytical Abilities: The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic, data-driven decisions.

- Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of insurance products and the broader industry regulations.
