About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated CTVS Surgeon to join our surgical team. The role involves performing complex cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgeries. From an interviewers perspective, we are seeking a candidate with strong surgical expertise, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to manage high-risk cases with precision and confidence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgeries including CABG, valve replacement/repair, and vascular procedures

- Evaluate patients through clinical assessment, imaging, and diagnostic reports to determine surgical needs

- Manage pre-operative and post-operative care of surgical patients

- Handle high-risk and emergency surgical cases with efficiency

- Collaborate with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, intensivists, and multidisciplinary teams

- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, surgical safety standards, and infection control practices

- Monitor patient recovery and manage post-surgical complications

- Maintain accurate medical records and surgical documentation

- Counsel patients and families regarding surgical procedures, risks, and recovery plans

- Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and continuous medical education programs

Required Qualifications :

- MBBS (Mandatory)

- MS/MD in relevant specialization

- M.Ch/DrNB in Cardio Thoracic & Vascular Surgery (Mandatory)

- Valid medical registration/license

Preferred Experience :

- Experience in multi-specialty or tertiary care hospitals

- Exposure to advanced cardiac surgical procedures and technologies

- Participation in research, publications, or academic initiatives
