CarDekho Group operates at scale across Auto Classifieds, Fintech, EdTech, and AI, building category-defining, profitable businesses in large, complex markets. We are hiring Strategy Associates into the Founder's Office.
Role Overview:
As a Strategy Associate - Founder's Office, you will act as a strategic partner and execution engine to the Founder & CEO. You will work across businesses and functions: Strategy, product, AI, finance, marketing, operations, and governance to drive growth, efficiency, and long-term value creation. This role demands consulting-grade rigor combined with operator-level ownership.
- Partner directly with the Founder & CEO on group strategy, growth priorities, and transformation agendas
- Support investments, partnerships, and international expansion through market entry assessments, opportunity sizing, and strategic diligence
- Structure and solve ambiguous, high-impact business problems using first-principles thinking and data-driven analysis
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact Gen-AI use cases across product, sales, operations, and customer support
- Collaborate with product, tech, and business leaders to take initiatives from idea - pilot - scale, tracking adoption, ROI, and measurable outcomes
- Drive data-backed decision-making through P&L deep-dives, unit economics analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling
- Track portfolio performance, pricing levers, efficiency metrics, and growth drivers across businesses
- End-to-end ownership of 0-1 initiatives, from ideation and validation to MVP and Product-Market Fit
- Build business cases, run pilots, and define success metrics for new initiatives and strategic bets
- Lead program management and governance-own execution cadence, drive reviews, ensure accountability, unblock bottlenecks, and maintain execution velocity
- Translate complex analyses into clear, decision-ready recommendations for senior leadership and the board
- Act as a bridge across CXOs and leadership teams, ensuring speed, clarity, and disciplined execution across the group
What We're Looking For:
- Postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) from a top-tier institute (IIMs, ISB, FMS and XLRI)
- 2 to 5 years of experience in top-tier consulting (BCG, McKinsey, Bain, etc.), Strategy, or Founder's Office roles
- Post graduation from top tier institutes
- Strong structured problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Comfort operating in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments
- Strong business judgment with an execution-first mindset
- Exposure to AI, tech-led platforms, or data-driven businesses is a strong plus
- Ability to work directly with Founders, CXOs, and senior leadership
