About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for Monetisation & User Experience, to design, scale, and optimise revenue-generating products that also deliver differentiated experiences for buyers and dealers.
You will own end-to-end execution of initiatives that directly influence CarDekhos topline, while ensuring customer delight and dealer success remain at the heart of every product decision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead high-impact initiatives across engagement, retention, monetisation, and dealer success.
- Translate pilots to scale, ensuring differentiated buyer/seller value propositions and efficient delivery at scale.
- Drive monetisation levers across the Used Cars vertical including lead monetisation, value-added services, and dealer success programs.
- Own end-to-end product execution for critical initiatives such as: Buyer Concierge, Dealer App & Dealer Success Solutions, Value-Added Services (Inspection, Warranty, Financing tie-ups), Lead Monetisation and Pricing Models
- Enhance revenue performance by improving funnel conversion rates, renewal ratios, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Partner with Business, Tech, and Design teams to experiment, iterate, and deliver scalable monetisation features with measurable impact.
- Leverage data & insights to identify monetisation opportunities, optimise pricing models, and design revenue-driving experiences.
- Balance user value with business outcomes, ensuring dealers and buyers see tangible ROI from CarDekho solutions.
- Monitor and analyse product performance, identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, dealer success, and business outcomes.
- Champion user-first thinking, ensuring solutions align with customer needs while meeting business objectives
What Were Looking For
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Product Management, with a strong background in monetisation, marketplace, or B2B2C platforms.
- Proven success in designing and scaling revenue-focused products (e.g., subscriptions, lead monetisation, SaaS, ad-tech, or digital services).
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to model business outcomes and monetisation strategies.
- Deep understanding of funnel optimisation, retention levers, and dealer/customer lifecycle value.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment while managing multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management and a bias for measurable results
