
We're looking for a Product Manager who can think big, simplify complex problems, and lead product execution from concept to launch. This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of user needs, business impact, and seamless execution.
You'll be responsible for defining the product vision, translating it into a roadmap, and driving cross-functional teams to build features that create real value.
What you'll do:
- Define short-term priorities and long-term product vision
- Align roadmap with business goals across New Auto/Used Cars verticals
- Convert ambiguous problems into structured product specs and initiatives
- Consolidate inputs from business, tech, design, and ops to define detailed requirements
- Write crisp PRDs with clear acceptance criteria and metrics
- Partner with design to craft simple, intuitive flows across web and app
- Focus on user journeys to drive lead generation, engagement, and retention
- Ensure seamless product usability through prototyping, feedback, and testing
- Work closely with Engineering, Marketing, Growth, Sales, and Analytics teams
- Build strong communication loops with key stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Balance business needs with tech constraints to deliver impact at scale
- Define key success metrics and monitor product performance post-launch
- Run experiments to validate hypotheses and iterate on product performance
- Leverage tools like GA4, Mixpanel, and internal dashboards to make informed decisions
What we're looking for:
- 2-6 years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager in high-growth environments
- Proven track record of shipping customer-facing products
- Strong analytical mindset with exposure to product analytics and experimentation
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Figma, GA4, Mixpanel, Looker/Data Studio, etc.
- Prior experience building growth or engagement features for B2C
