
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for CRM and marketplace tools that support sales workflows.
- Deeply understand sales team needs and translate them into scalable product features and platforms.
- Define and prioritize product backlogs; write detailed product requirements (PRDs).
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and analytics teams to execute the product roadmap.
- Drive automation of sales transactions, pricing workflows, order booking, and customer lifecycle tools.
- Identify pain points across the lead-to-order journey and design product-led solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to align product initiatives with organizational goals.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and data insights.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or CRM tools.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, funnel management, and sales enablement tools.
- Experience working with sales teams, preferably in a high-growth or tech-first environment.
- Solid grasp of data, with the ability to define KPIs, set up dashboards, and measure success.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional pods (engineering, design, analytics).
- Experience in marketplace ecosystems (B2B/B2C) or fintech platforms.
