Enterprise Manager (3-5 yrs)
As an Enterprise Business Manager, you will own business outcomes end-to-end for a set of enterprise (OEM) accounts at CarDekho. You will be responsible for driving revenue, profitability, and growth, while managing the full lifecycle across lead generation, fulfillment, pricing, and product adoption.
This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role where you will coordinate and align teams across marketing, operations, product, and sales to deliver business outcomes .In addition, you will play a key role in building and scaling new (including AI-led) products, driving their go-to-market strategy, adoption, and monetization across enterprise accounts. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, program management, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
What you will do:
- Own Business Outcomes (P&L): Own revenue, margins, and growth for a portfolio of enterprise accounts .Drive forecasting and performance tracking, while optimizing input metrics for delivery and cost efficiency.
- Drive Growth & Monetization : Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and pricing opportunities Drive wallet share expansion and unlock new revenue levers across accounts.
- Own GTM & Scaling of New Products (incl. AI) : Drive go-to-market, adoption, and scaling of new (including AI-led) products. Run pilots, measure impact, and scale successful initiatives.
Cross-functional Execution & Client Management :
- Work closely with product, marketing, operations, and sales teams to deliver outcomes Act as a key point of contact for enterprise clients (OEMs), driving performance reviews and strategy discussions . Ensure alignment across stakeholders and resolve execution bottlenecks
Key Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in business roles such as consulting, startups, operations, or program management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (strong Excel skills are a mandatory, SQL is a plus)
- Demonstrated ability to own outcomes and managing ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to 0- 1 initiatives, new product launches, or GTM roles is preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross functionally, engaging clients, and driving accountability across team
