
Key Responsibilities
1. Own Strategic Planning & Market Expansion
- Lead medium-long term strategy across geographies and business lines; translate vision into executable roadmaps with clear milestones and ROI.
- Identify and prioritize expansion opportunities (new markets, new products, adjacencies) based on rigorous market sizing, competitive dynamics, and unit economics.
- Work directly with leadership to shape capital allocation decisions across initiatives.
2. Drive High-Stakes Decision Making
- Act as a thought partner to the CEO/leadership team, structuring ambiguous problems into clear, data-backed recommendations.
- Surface key trade-offs across growth, profitability, and risk; enable fast, high-quality decision-making.
- Build and maintain operating models, scenario analyses, and investment frameworks.
3. Lead Investments, M&A, and Partnerships
- Evaluate organic and inorganic opportunities end-to-end: sourcing - diligence - valuation - deal structuring - integration planning.
- Build investment cases and drive stakeholder alignment to secure capital deployment.
- Identify and close strategic partnerships that unlock distribution, supply, or financial leverage.
4. Build & Scale New Businesses (0- 1 and 1- 10)
- Incubate new initiatives from hypothesis to product-market fit; own early traction and iteration cycles.
- Transition validated initiatives into scalable business lines with defined GTM, operating structure, and economics.
- Operate as a "founder within the company" for new bets.
5. Drive Core Business Transformation
- Identify structural inefficiencies across the value chain (sourcing - underwriting - conversion - fulfillment).
- Lead automation, digitization, and process reengineering initiatives to improve TAT, conversion, and margins.
- Work cross-functionally with product, tech, ops, and sales to implement change at scale.
6. Enable Revenue & Execution with Data
- Translate data into actionable insights for sales, pricing, and product strategy at a market, partner, and account level.
- Build dashboards, metrics frameworks, and feedback loops to improve execution rigor.
- Drive a culture of data-backed decision making across teams.
7. Operate at the Center of the Organization
- Work across geographies and functions to unblock execution, resolve bottlenecks, and drive alignment on key priorities.
- Own special projects directly under the CEO/leadership bandwidth.
- Serve as a force multiplier for leadership by ensuring high-priority initiatives move with speed and clarity.
