
We are looking for a APM / Product Manager- 1 (Seller Experience) to own and enhance the end-to-end journey of sellers on our platform. This role will focus on improving seller onboarding, pricing, fulfillment enablement, performance dashboards and overall seller satisfaction to drive growth and retention.
Role & responsibilities:-
- Own the end-to-end seller journey: onboarding - activation - growth - retention
- Build scalable workflows to simplify seller operations
- Work closely with engineering, design, sales, operations, and analytics teams to deliver features end-to-end
- Conduct research to understand pain points and validate solutions for sellers
- Analyze product performance using metrics, funnels, and dashboards; drive improvements based on insights
- Define product vision and roadmap for the Seller Experience pod
- Document product decisions and ensure alignment across stakeholders
Preferred candidate profile:-
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in marketplace / e-commerce / platform businesses
- Strong command of SQL; hands-on with dashboards and data visualization tools.
- Ability to turn complex data into clear, concise stories for stakeholders.
- A curious mindset with strong attention to detail and a bias for action.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly.
- Experience building tools for sellers, merchants, vendors, or partners
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate the results of complex analyses and synthesize complex data into actionable goals
