Roles & Responsibilities: - To drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch. - Understand the company vision, align the product vision and evangelize the same across the cross-functional teams. - Internalize CarDekho's & Rupyy's existing products and then align your team's mission, strategy and roadmap with this direction. - Deliver highly successful and innovative products. - Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product. - Collaborate with different teams to ensure everyone is aligned. - Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams. - Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization. Skills Required: - 6+ years of experience with a minimum of 3 years experience in Product Management delivering highly successful and innovative products. - Computer science undergraduate degree or equivalent plus hands-on software engineering experience. Analytical chops. You live and breathe data. You find a way to get the data you need and whip it into an insightful story with no help. You know how to wield it but also where it can lead you astray. - Customer Obsession: You are the voice of the customer in the company and you focus on delighting the customers via systematic research and data analysis. - Grittiness: You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on. - Strong communication & partnership skills - this will be an extremely cross-functional role, with more than a handful of core stakeholder teams. - Structured Thinking: You convert unstructured problems with lots of ambiguity into focused plans with a lot of clarity. - Entrepreneurial spirit and a thirst for learning. - Bias for action and clarity of thought: you are constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery.
