Rupyy aims to grab 20% of the used car loan market while equally nurturing the other categories including new cars, two-wheelers, EVs etc. Overview: The Product Manager - Lending/NBFC will oversee the development and management of financial products, driving strategy and execution to meet needs and business objectives. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and ensure market success. Responsibilities: 1. Platform Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive platform strategy aligned with business goals and user needs. 2. Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and optimizations for the platform, creating a roadmap that aligns with business objectives. 3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful delivery of platform features. 4. User Feedback: Collect and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform platform development decisions. 5. Platform Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize the platform for performance, scalability, and usability. 6. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and measure the success of platform features. 7. Release Management: Work closely with the development team to plan and execute successful platform releases, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features. 8. Platform Integration: Collaborate with third-party providers and internal teams to integrate new functionalities and services into the platform.
