CarDekho Group - Senior Manager/Analyst - Investor Relationship - CA/CFA

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Investment Relationship Manager to join our team and oversee the management of investments made by Shark - Amit Jain, particularly in our Shark Tank portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of these investments, including due diligence, documentation, compliance, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Shark Tank investments made by Shark - Amit Jain, including due diligence, documentation, compliance, and CP (Compliance Program) compliance.

- Monitor the investment portfolio and provide strategic guidance for optimizing returns.

- Collaborate with angel investors, incubation cells, accelerators, and startup bodies to boost engagement and support for investee companies.

- Track industry developments and disseminate industry reports to stakeholders.

- Build and maintain an ecosystem support network for investee companies, connecting them with resources and opportunities for growth.

- Participate in industry conferences, seminars, and networking events, including the Girnar Elevate Summit.

- Conduct periodic site visits to investee companies to assess progress and provide support.

- Handle ancillary assignments related to the family office of founders.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or CFA designation preferred.

- Proven experience in investment management, venture capital, or private equity.

- Strong financial analysis skills and knowledge of investment valuation techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.

- Knowledge of the startup ecosystem and experience working with early-stage companies is a plus.

- Willingness to travel and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
