We are looking for a Product Manager-1 to work on CarDekho Group's B2B vertical, building products that enable dealers, partners, and internal business teams to operate more efficiently and scale faster. This role is ideal for someone early in their PM career who has hands-on experience owning features, working with cross-functional teams, and shipping data-driven products in a B2B environment.
What you'll do:
- Own specific problem areas / features within our B2B product
- Translate business requirements into clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with engineering, design, sales, operations, and analytics teams to deliver features end-to-end
- Conduct user research with dealers / partners to understand pain points and validate solutions
- Analyze product performance using metrics, funnels, and dashboards; drive improvements based on insights
- Support roadmap planning and ensure timely execution of releases
- Document product decisions and ensure alignment across stakeholders
Must have skills:
- 2-4 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B, SaaS, marketplace, or platform products
- Strong understanding of product discovery, delivery, and execution
- Experience working with engineering teams (Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, backlog grooming)
- Ability to break down complex business problems into simple, scalable product solutions
- Comfort with data analysis (Excel/Sheets, SQL or BI tools is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
