As a Group Product Manager, you'll shape the next-gen auto buying experience for 50M+ monthly users, using AI, personalization, and thoughtful design to make one of life's most important purchases simpler, faster, and more transparent.

What you'll do:

- Build the next layer of engagement and retention in one of India's largest B2C ecosystems.

- Help design experiences that reduce friction and earn user trust at scale.

- Contribute to creating a modern template for high-value digital purchases, starting with automobiles.

- Gain the opportunity to work with AI and ML to craft experiences for a large user base.

- Work in a culture that values coaching, collaboration, and setting people up for success.

- Lead cross-functional squads (Design, Tech, Growth, Marketing) to build, launch, and iterate on user-first features.

- Drive growth through user funnel optimization, conversion uplift, and retention experiments.

- Continuously improve UX and performance metrics, including Core Web Vitals, navigation ease, and load time.

- Conduct competitor benchmarking, market research, and user interviews to identify new opportunities.

What we're looking for:

- 6-10 years of PM experience in user-facing projects .

- Strong grounding in user experience, engagement loops, retention, and data-driven decisions.

- Exposure to AI/ML-driven personalization or recommendations is a plus.

- Builders mindset: structured, user-first, and outcome-focused.
