We are seeking an experienced and driven Technical/AI Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of a platform-centric solution that integrates across multiple products, services, and ecosystems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS, platform strategy, and the development of AI-driven features. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and execution of a unified platform that supports scalability, flexibility, and innovation across multiple domains.

Role and Responsibility:

- Define and articulate the platform strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

- Identify opportunities to build and expand the platform across products, enabling seamless integration and scalability.

- Lead the development of AI-powered features that enhance platform intelligence, personalization, and automation.

- Own the product roadmap for the platform, setting priorities based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user value.

- Gather and refine requirements for core platform features, ensuring they are adaptable across different use cases and stakeholders.

- Act as the bridge between engineering, data science, design, and business teams to ensure cohesive product execution.

- Drive alignment across multiple product lines, ensuring consistency and a unified user experience across the platform.

- Oversee the development of APIs and modular architecture to support extensibility and integration with external systems.

- Advocate for a platform-first mindset that enables internal and external users to build on top of core functionalities.

Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on SaaS platforms and AI-driven solutions.

- Proven track record of launching and scaling platform products.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex cross-functional teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering scalable solutions.

- Building platforms that support multi-product ecosystems and external integrations.

- Developing AI-powered features or tools that solve real-world business problems.

Technical Skills:

- Deep understanding of platform architectures, API development, and cloud-based infrastructure.

- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, data pipelines, and model deployment in production environments.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
