Roles and Responsibilities - Custodian of Revenue accounting & Processes for the SEA operations - Reconciliation of Revenue flowing into books of accounts, Management of account receivables from financiers, and account payables to dealers - Accounting, Reconciliation, Commission/ Margin computation and payout, Query management. - Work with business stakeholders to identify triggers and accurately capture Revenue Returns, and Refunds for every operating channel. - Establish adequate controls around revenue vs collection reconciliations to minimize cash leakages - Orchestrate the Revenue Audits - Maintain, design, and implement controls as appropriate; conduct/support accounting and systems process reviews with statutory and internal auditors. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: - MBA/Certified Accountant/ Experienced person in Finance business partnering & reporting Skill Set/Competency - Business understanding - Decisiveness - Process oriented - Ability to communicate; oral and written at all levels - Good interpersonal skills - Team management skills - Result oriented - Positive drive and energy - Out of box thinking - Ability to align strategies and systems to business needs Base Location- Gurugram, Travel would be around 30-45 days in 3 months depending upon the work
