CARD91 is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution for our B2B SaaS and API-focused fintech products.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in the banking or fintech industry, deep domain expertise in payment instruments, and an excellent understanding of regulatory compliance in the payments space.

This role is based in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define, champion, and execute the product roadmap for our B2B SaaS platform, with a strong emphasis on scalable API products and financial infrastructure solutions.

- Domain Expertise: Leverage 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the banking or fintech industry to build best-in-class features related to prepaid cards, forex, credit products, UPI, or switching solutions.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all product features and functionality strictly adhere to RBI regulations governing various payment instruments.

- Act as the primary product expert on compliance and policy interpretation.

- API Design & Documentation: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of our external-facing APIs, focusing on superior developer experience, comprehensive documentation, and robust performance.

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify new opportunities, pain points, and emerging trends in the B2B payments landscape.

- Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, manage backlog, and ensure successful product launches.

- Metrics & KPIs: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and track them rigorously to inform future product development decisions and measure business impact.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: 2-3 years of progressive experience specifically within the banking or fintech industry.

Education: B.Tech and/or MBA from a Tier-1 institution.

Fintech Domain Knowledge: Proven proficiency and practical experience with one or more of the following solutions:

a. Prepaid instruments

b. Forex solutions

c. Credit products (e.g., BNPL, card issuance)

d. UPI (Unified Payments Interface)

e. Switching solutions and payment gateway integration

- Regulatory Acumen: Deep familiarity with relevant RBI regulations and guidelines that govern payment instruments, prepaid wallets, and digital lending.

- Product Skills: Solid understanding of B2B SaaS business models and extensive experience working on API-first products.

- Communication: Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
