Overview: We are seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the development and growth of our marketplace platform. Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Vision: - Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the marketplace platform. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats. - Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives. Product Development: - Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features. - Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to define detailed product requirements and user stories. - Prioritize product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility. User Experience and Design: - Champion a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring an exceptional user experience. - Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. - Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve product features and usability. Data-Driven Decision Making: - Utilize data analytics and metrics to inform product decisions and measure success. - Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize product features and performance. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations for product improvements. Stakeholder Management: - Communicate product updates, progress, and decisions to internal and external stakeholders. - Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, customer support, and operations. - Manage expectations and address concerns from stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
