- We are seeking a skilled Sourcer/Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience to join our team on a contract basis. - You will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent, building a strong candidate pipeline, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and other relevant channels. - Employ creative sourcing strategies to identify high-quality talent across various roles. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates tailored to current and future hiring needs. - Maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities. - Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers with detailed insights. - Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and organizational needs. - Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges. - Accurately maintain candidate data and ensure proper documentation in the ATS. - Generate reports and track recruitment metrics as required. - Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and interview panels. - Facilitate seamless communication between all stakeholders to ensure an efficient hiring process. Key Skills & Qualifications: - 1-2 years of proven experience in sourcing and recruiting. - Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS tools. - Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities. - A data-driven approach to sourcing and decision-making
