About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our finance marketplace products. Key Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end product strategy and execution for finance marketplace offerings. - Define and maintain a compelling product roadmap that aligns with company vision and growth objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, business development, marketing, and analytics to bring products to life. - Translate business needs into clear product requirements, specifications, and user stories. - Drive a continuous feedback loop through user testing, performance tracking, and customer insights to iterate and improve. - Monitor key product metrics (conversion, funnel drop-offs, engagement) and use insights to inform prioritization. - Stay abreast of trends in fintech, AI/ML, and marketplace ecosystems to identify innovation opportunities. Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, Finance, etc.); MBA or advanced degree is a plus. - 3-5 years of experience in product management or program management, preferably in fintech, marketplace. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure outcomes. - Experience or strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications in product development. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. - A bias for action, high ownership mindset, and comfort in fast-paced environments.
