We're passionate about building the easiest and hassle-free loan experience across used cars, new cars, two-wheelers, and personal loan products. - We are looking for a talented and experienced Growth Product Manager to join our team. - In this role, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and data analytics, to identify opportunities and implement strategies to optimize key metrics. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends. - Define and prioritize growth initiatives based on data-driven insights and experimentation. - Collaborate with product development teams to implement features and enhancements that improve user experience and drive growth. - Work closely with marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising. - Analyze user data and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for optimization. - Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay informed about emerging technologies and growth strategies. - Communicate key insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. - 2-4 years of experience in product management, with a focus on growth and user acquisition. - Proven track record of driving growth for digital products or online platforms. - Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and A/B testing. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. - Familiarity with web and mobile analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude - FinTech/NBFC experience is a must
