Role Overview:
We are looking for a senior sales leader with strong Global Capability Center (GCC) selling experience to drive enterprise and GCC-led digital engineering deals. The role focuses on new logo acquisition, GCC expansion, and strategic account growth across technology-driven enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
GCC & Enterprise Sales:
- Own end-to-end sales cycle for GCC and large enterprise clients - prospecting to closure.
- Drive new GCC wins, including Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT), captive setup, and GCC scale-up models.
- Expand existing GCC and enterprise accounts through cross-sell and upsell of companies digital engineering offerings.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline aligned to revenue targets.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with CXOs, GCC Heads, Global Engineering Leaders, and Procurement teams.
- Positioning company as a strategic digital engineering partner for long-term transformation programs.
- Lead executive discussions around cloud modernization, data platforms, AI/GenAI, and product engineering.
Solution Selling & Collaboration:
- Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and practice teams to craft winning proposals.
- Support RFPs, RFIs, deal structuring, commercials, and negotiations.
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery with strong governance.
Market & Relationship Development:
- Develop strong relationships within the GCC ecosystem (enterprises, advisors, ecosystem partners).
- Track market trends and identify new GCC-led growth opportunities.
Required Experience & Skills:
Experience:
- 1218+ years of experience in IT Services / Digital Engineering sales.
- Mandatory experience selling to Global Capability Centers (GCCs) or setting up/scaling GCC engagements.
- Proven track record of closing large, multi-year enterprise / GCC deals.
- Strong exposure to US and European enterprise clients.
Technical & Domain Understanding:
Good understanding of:
- Digital Engineering & Product Engineering services
- Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, GenAI
- Agile and distributed delivery models
- Ability to articulate technology value in business terms
Education: BE / B.Tech (Engineering) Mandatory

- Hunter mindset with strong relationship-building capability
- Ability to operate independently in a high-growth environment
