Marketing Manager


Role & responsibilities:


- Lead and manage a team of skilled marketing professionals to design, execute, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and display advertising).

- Develop strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer acquisition and retention.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and maximize return on investment (ROI).

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, sales, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless execution of campaigns.

- Stay ahead of industry trends by researching and adopting the latest digital marketing strategies, tools, and technologies.

- Mentor and train team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the marketing department.

- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost effective campaign execution.

- Present marketing performance reports and insights to senior leadership, offering data driven recommendations to support business growth.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Masters preferred).

- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 35 years in a leadership or managerial role.

- Notice period: should not be more than 30 days (immediate will be preferred)

- Domain / Industry: IT Service / Solution/ Management Consulting.

- Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.

- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.

- Experience with content marketing, influencer campaigns, A/B testing, and data analytics.

- Ability to think strategically and creatively, with strong problem-solving skills.

- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and innovations.
