
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead High-Impact Projects: Take full ownership of a portfolio of high-impact projects. This includes everything from launching new football clubs and pitching brand IPs to forging global partnerships.
- End-to-End Project Management: Own every phase of special projects. This includes conducting thorough research, developing a solid strategy, creating compelling presentations (decks), managing timelines, and ensuring flawless execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our content, brand, and community teams to ensure project ideas are aligned and progress is continuous.
- Support Business Development: Assist in developing strategic partnerships, venture growth initiatives, and communications for Capri Sports and its related ventures.
- Shape New Ventures: Be a key player in shaping new business verticals, ensuring they are rooted in innovation and impact from the conceptual stage to market reality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-7 years in a strategy, consulting, startup, or brand-led role, with a demonstrated ability to drive projects from inception to execution.
- A Bias for Action: You know how to move quickly, get things done, and deliver results.
- Versatility: You're comfortable working across diverse sectors, including sports, culture, media, and venture.
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to navigate ambiguity and shape complex ideas into clear, executable plans.
- Core Skills: Strong writing, research, and presentation abilities.
- Passion for Womens Sports: A deep belief in the potential of womens sports, equity, and long-term impact is essential for this role
