Key Responsibilities:

Branch Operations Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards.

Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Conduct performance reviews and facilitate professional development.

Business Growth & Target Achievement: Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth, achieve sales targets for home loan products, and expand the branch's market share.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, internal procedures, and external regulatory requirements governing home loan products and financial services.

Market Penetration: Utilize your essential knowledge of the Balaghat and Bilaspur markets to identify new opportunities, engage with local communities, and enhance brand presence.

Reporting & Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze branch performance data, and prepare regular reports for senior management, recommending actionable improvements.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a Team Handling Profile within the financial services or banking industry.

- Mandatory experience in the Balaghat and Bilaspur markets.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of inspiring and developing staff.

- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with customers and stakeholders.

- Solid knowledge of home loan products, lending processes, and regulatory compliance (e.g., RBI guidelines, KYC norms).

- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and consistently achieve sales targets.

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the capacity to assess market conditions and operational data.

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
