Role Overview:

CapitalSquare Advisors is seeking for an Investment Banking Executive who will support end-to-end fundraising and transaction execution across equity and debt mandates. The role involves financial analysis, valuation, investor outreach, deal coordination, and execution support across multiple sectors and funding stages.

Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising & Deal Execution:

- Execute fundraising mandates ranging from USD 0.5M to USD 25M across Pre-Seed, Growth, Pre-IPO, IPO, Debt, and AIF structures.

- Support end-to-end deal flow including mandate onboarding, execution, and closure.

- Assist in due diligence, transaction structuring, and coordination with clients, investors, and internal stakeholders.

Financial Analysis & Valuation:

- Perform financial modeling, valuation analysis (DCF, comparable analysis, transaction multiples), and scenario analysis.

- Conduct market research, sector analysis, and competitive benchmarking.

- Prepare internal investment assessment notes and deal memos.

Investor Outreach & Relationship Management:

- Identify and map potential investors aligned with sector, stage, and ticket size using research tools and databases.

- Drive investor engagement through cold outreach, introductory calls, follow-ups, and relationship nurturing.

- Support senior team members during investor meetings and negotiations.

Pitching & Documentation:

- Develop and refine pitch decks, financial projections, information memorandums, and fundraising collaterals.

- Ensure investor materials are accurate, compelling, and presentation-ready.

Process Improvement:

- Assist in setting up and improving SOPs and internal frameworks for valuation, financial analysis, and deal execution.

- Maintain organized deal trackers, investor pipelines, and execution timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- MMS / MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.

- Strong understanding of fundraising, investment banking, and deal execution processes.

- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Strong communication skills for investor and client interactions.

- Ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Hands-on, execution-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Attributes:

- Prior experience in investment banking, boutique advisory, VC/PE support roles.

- Exposure to startup fundraising and growth-stage companies.

- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working across diverse sectors.
