Responsibilities:

1. Relationship Management & Advisory

- Act as the primary point of contact for a curated set of HNI/UHNI clients, managing their overall wealth journey with CFSPL.

- Conduct deep-dive financial discovery to align client risk-profiles with Capitalmind's proprietary PMS and Mutual Fund strategies.

- Lead with an "Advisory-First" mindset, focusing on long-term asset allocation rather than short-term product picking.

2. Portfolio Reviews & Communication

- Maintain a rigorous review cadence (Quarterly/Semi-Annual) to discuss portfolio performance, strategy drift, and life-goal changes.

- Translate Capitalmind's quantitative research and "momentum/value" insights into clear, actionable narratives for clients.

- Proactively manage client relationships during market volatility, acting as a trusted advisor.

3. Client Acquisition & Onboarding

- Convert high-intent leads (often from our research community) into long-term wealth management clients.

- Collaborate with the growth team to expand the portfolio through referrals from the existing client base.

4. Process & Compliance Discipline

- Ensure 100% adherence to SEBI suitability norms and internal "Client First" guidelines.

- Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and advisory notes in the CRM.

- Collaborate with the Operations and Investment teams to ensure seamless onboarding and error-free execution.

Who You Are:

- Experience: 5-10 years in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Investment Advisory.

- Domain Expertise: Strong grip on Indian capital markets, specifically PMS (Portfolio Management Services), AIFs, and Mutual Funds.

- Relationship Maturity: You have the gravitas to talk to Founders, CXOs, and sophisticated investors without being intimidated or overly subservient.

- Communication: Exceptional ability to simplify complex data and exercise adequate assertiveness.

- Good-to-have: CFA, CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or NISM X-A/X-B certification

- Consultative Approach: Ability to ask the right questions to uncover a client's "true" financial pain points.

- Experience managing a book of - 100Cr+ AUM.

Key Success Metrics:

High Retention: Maintain a client retention rate of >95% through high-quality engagement.

Portfolio Hygiene: 100% of managed portfolios are aligned with their stated Risk-Return profiles.

Advisory Depth: Successfully transitioned clients from tactical/ad-hoc investing to a structured, process-oriented framework.

Referral Growth: At least 20% of new AUM growth contributed through client referrals.

Process Mastery: Zero compliance observations on suitability or documentation for the assigned book.
