Capitalmind Financial Services - Senior Lead - Financial Controllership

Role Overview:

As the Sr. Lead of Financial Controllership, you will be the guardian of financial integrity for our business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Control & Reporting: Lead the preparation and finalization of standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with Ind AS and relevant accounting standards.

- Scheme Accounting: Oversee the accounting for Mutual Fund schemes, ensuring accurate NAV calculations, expense ratio management, and timely disclosures.

- Regulatory Compliance: Act as the primary interface for SEBI, RBI, and Tax authorities. Ensure all regulatory filings (monthly, quarterly, and annual) are error-free and submitted ahead of schedule.

- Audit Management: Drive the statutory, internal, and concurrent audit processes. You will be the SPOC for auditors, ensuring zero "material weakness" findings.

- Taxation & Treasury: Manage direct and indirect tax compliance (GST, Income Tax, TDS) and oversee corporate treasury operations to optimize working capital.
