We are looking for an agile, detail-obsessed Lead - People & Culture to ensure that every Capitalmind employee's journey - from their first day to their next big career move is seamless, structured, and surprisingly delightful. This isn't just about paperwork; it's about owning the machinery that powers our people, turning complex HR processes into efficient, human-centric systems. Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:

You will be the central pillar of our People function, designing and executing the end-to-end operational processes that keep our high-performance team firing on all cylinders.

Key Impact Areas:

1. Employee Lifecycle Management: Orchestrate the entire journey, managing onboarding (documentation, induction) through to compliant exit processes (F&F, handovers).

2. Operational Fortress & Compliance: Draft, review, and issue all essential employee communications (offers, promotions, confirmations, warnings, etc.)

3. Data Analytics: You will transform raw data into insight by publishing monthly dashboards and analytics (attrition, headcount movement, joiner/leaver insights).

4. Culture Catalyst & Engagement: Help us amplify our distinct Capitalmind culture. Be the clear, empathetic voice that resolves employee queries accurately and quickly.Be the clear, empathetic voice that resolves employee queries accurately and quickly.

5. Performance Cycle Driver: Manage the mechanics of the performance review process, ensuring system readiness, flawless data management, and smooth coordination for calibration.

6. Governance & Process Innovation: Maintain our policy/SOP library and proactively identify and implement practical solutions for process gaps to enhance efficiency.
