Are you a high-energy HR professional ready to move into a strategic HR partner role?
Capitalmind is looking for a HR Business Partner (3-5 years experience) who is polished, tech forward, and ready to act as a bridge between our people and our business goals.
Ideal candidate would be go-getter who understands the "why" behind HR. You should be someone who leverages Gen AI to automate the mundane, crafts high-quality internal communications, and brings a sophisticated, professional presence to every interaction. Your Strategic Mandate:
You will partner with HR & Business leadership to ensure our talent strategy aligns with our mission of data-driven wealth creation.
- Business Partnership: Act as a consultant to department heads, understanding their team dynamics and providing people-centric solutions that drive performance.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end journey from polished onboarding to thoughtful exits, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our premium brand.
- Gen AI & Tech Integration: Use AI tools to streamline workflows, draft compelling communications, and analyze sentiment, keeping us at the cutting edge of HR tech.
- Culture & Presence: Act as a brand ambassador. You will drive engagement and internal events with a polished, presentable, and empathetic approach.
- Performance & Growth: Support the performance coaching cycle, helping managers identify high-potentials and navigate team challenges with discretion.
Basic requirements:
- Experience: 3 to 6 years in a fast-paced HR role, preferably with exposure to the Business Partnering model.
- Tech Savvy: You are comfortable using Gen AI (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to enhance your productivity and output.
- Polished Professionalism: Exceptional communication skills and a presentable manner suitable for a leading financial firm.
- Mindset: A true go-getter who takes ownership and understands the nuances of human behavior within a business context.
