The CFO will becapable to develop financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and accounting services preparing growth plans; directing staff.  Duties & Responsibilities :  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the following duties satisfactorily :  - Liaising with Banks and Intermediaries; Raising funds through a network of Banks, Financial institutions, VCs, PEs to help scale up companies  - Responsible for managing investors- relation, Risk management system and surveillance including making policy, process, system automation, control over clients exposure.   - Treasury Management, Dealing with FIIs, DIIs, Trading members and others   - Dealing with SEBI,RBI, Exchanges and other regulatory bodies  - Designing the control processes & procedures and implementing various managerial controls, Forecasting, Budgeting, Cost Control and variance analysis   - Planning, coordinating and finalization of internal audit  - Preparation of various reports for statutory auditor specially related to income side such as brokerages, CM Inventory, debtors/advance margin, Future provisions etc.   - Preparation of summary/commentary on ratio analysis for Board  - Representation of finance and operations in audit and board meetings  - Monitoring and controlling of Back office transaction processing and its accounting  - Other finance & accounts related strategies and activities  Note : We work on Saturdays.  Candidate Profile :  Formal Education & Certification :  - Chartered Accountant; MBA Finance from Tier-I MBA colleges will be an added advantage  Knowledge & Experience :  - Financial& Accounting  - High Proficiency in MS Office Suiteincluding strong PowerPoint skills  - Experience in Fund Raising independently.  Experience : 10- 20 years  Age : 30 - 40years  Compensation : Among the best in the Industry  Location : New Delhi
