Role Offered:

Senior Associate/ Associate Vice President - Product & Structuring

- The candidate will be involved in supporting our clients with executing debt capital market transactions like securitization, assignment, debenture issuance, commercial paper issuance, etc.

- The candidate will liaison with various stakeholders in the capital markets industry to take the deal conversations to fruition.

- The role requires the candidate to build cross-functional expertise in terms of understanding of analytical, legal, regulatory and compliance related to capital market products.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

- Front-ending deal execution. Executing plain vanilla debt capital market deals and structured finance transactions

- Financial modelling for structured debt products

- Understand the clients' and investors' requirements and collaborate with the internal teams at Capital Stack in structuring efficient capital market products.

- Preparing legal documentation and offer documents for capital market issuances

- Preparing investment proposals

- Assisting in new product development

- Extensively using MS Excel and other financial modelling tools to support the Product & Structuring team in analysis.

- Handling post transaction requirements - product compliance and to maintain the comprehensive compliance database

- Liasoning with counterparties to effectively navigate on deal closures in a timely manner

Requirements:

- Qualification: MBA/ CFA/ FRM

Experience: 2-6 years of experience preferably in the lending/ financial due diligence/ consulting space. [role of Senior Associate / Associate Vice President will be decided based on overall experience and performance during the recruitment process]

Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, sales driven mindset is a must

Good to have:

- Prior experience/ certifications/ background of working with capital market products/ impact investing/lending.

- Prior engagement with banks, institutional investors, multilaterals, and other global institutions

- Preliminary understanding of the debt markets and associated regulations.
