Job Objective:

We are looking for an experienced capital markets professional to lead our Private Wealth-focused Investor Relations vertical. The ideal candidate will have deep-rooted relationships and a proven track record of closing transactions with HNIs, Ultra-HNIs, Family Offices, and Private Wealth Management firms.

This role is critical to our direct distribution strategy for Our AIF, structured credit, high-yield debt, and bespoke investment products, and involves working closely with internal deal teams and external wealth platforms

Position Overview:

- The Deputy Vice President (DVP) - Debt Syndication will be a key leader in the debt capital markets team, responsible for structuring, negotiating, and executing debt syndication transactions.

- The role requires expertise in managing relationships with corporate clients, institutional investors, and financial institutions, while driving revenue growth and ensuring successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the syndication and placement of structured debt and high-yield opportunities to the private wealth ecosystem.

- Manage and grow relationships with HNIs, Ultra HNIs, Family Offices, wealth managers, MFOs, SFOs, and private banks.

- Build a consistent distribution pipeline through direct investor engagement and partnerships with leading private wealth platforms.

- Represent the firm in investor presentations, product pitches, webinars, and one-on-one meetings.

- Coordinate closely with origination and structuring teams to align investor appetite with product offerings.

- Take ownership of end-to-end transaction execution including investor marketing, documentation, compliance coordination, and closure.

- Keep abreast of evolving investor preferences, market sentiment, and competitor offerings to refine go-to-market strategies.

- Maintain an active CRM and ensure regular follow-ups, portfolio monitoring updates, and post-investment communication.

Candidate Profile:

- 6-11 years of experience in private wealth distribution, investor relations, or capital markets, ideally with an investment bank, wealth management firm, or boutique syndication platform.

- Demonstrated ability to raise capital from HNIs and family offices, particularly for credit or structured products and/or AIFs.

- Strong understanding of private credit instruments, yield-based structures, and risk-return dynamics.

- Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and able to manage high-value investor relationships independently.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a refined approach to engaging senior-level investors.

Educational Qualifications: MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA preferred.
