Capital Markets Associate - Debt Fund-Raising

Requirements:

- Develop and maintain models to price and analyze various debt financing strategies

- Create pitch decks describing the business, portfolio performance and asset base

- Lead due diligence processes for prospective investors, facilitating their understanding of Branch's business model and asset quality across markets

- Partner with Credit to analyze historical loan portfolios and project out trends

- Collaborate with outside counsel to structure and negotiate documentation with financing counterparties

- Work cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Product, Data Science and Engineering to drive strategy as it relates to Capital Markets

Qualifications:

- You have 2+ years of relevant experience in Debt Fund Raising, Capital Markets.

- You have expert financial modeling skills; knowledge of SQL preferred

- You are a highly motivated self-starter who is comfortable operating on a small team with minimal oversight

- You are up for the challenge of identifying and executing on fundraising strategies across multiple countries and currencies
