Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager



Location: Kochi, Kerala

Role Overview:


We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who understands the unique needs of the commerce education sector and has a track record of generating quality leads, increasing brand visibility, and converting prospects into enrollments through digital campaigns.



Key Responsibilities:



- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on student acquisition and brand awareness.



- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.



- Plan and oversee SEO and content marketing efforts tailored to commerce education topics.



- Manage the institutes online presence, including website content, landing pages, blog posts, and social media platforms.



- Collaborate with academic and counseling teams to align marketing strategies with course offerings and admissions goals.



- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.



- Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance across all digital channels.



- Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and agencies as needed for campaign execution.



Requirements:



- Bachelors/ Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.



- Minimum 35 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the education, coaching, or

commerce-related training sector.



- Proven experience in lead generation and conversion for academic or coaching institutions.



- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools

(Ahrefs/SEMRush), and email marketing platforms.



- Strong understanding of the commerce education landscape, including CA, CMA, CS, B.Com, M.Com,

etc.



- Excellent communication and project management skills.



- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.



Preferred:



- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho).



- Basic design or video editing skills for content marketing campaigns.
