This role is within Growth commissions support team. The primary responsibility of these role is supporting the growth team in CPS, providing sales reporting and verifying data in salesforce to ensure the correct commission calculations are taking place.


Professional Know-how:


Academic:


- B.Com


- Chartered Accountant / CIMA / ICMA /Accountant


Computer Applications:


Experience:


- 4 years experience Reporting, accounting and Forecasting preferably in Order to Cash


- Experience / knowledge of SAP / FSCM/Power BI


- Strong Microsoft Excel skill


- Strong coding or automation skills

Primary Responsibilities:


- Ensure robust and timely reporting of sales performance from Salesforce


- Ensure salesforce is up to date with the correct information for contract pipeline


- Upon winning contracts, reconcile salesforce with the contract order form to ensure that the correct data is loaded in sales force


- Keep salesforce up to date with the correct gross margin and profitability to ensure the correct commissions are paid


- Validate commissions payments to ensure they are paid at the correct level for the contract win


- Support in the calculation of commissions payments for new contract wins.


- Continuous improvement of reporting to ensure it meets the changing needs of the business and senior stakeholders


- Identify and implement any opportunities for automation and simplification


- Regularly review, redesign and restructure processes and reports as per the changing needs of the business


- Supporting the investigation of internal audit findings; implement corrective action and monitor compliance with agreed upon recommendations.


- Participating in process and system improvement initiatives in collaboration key stakeholders


- Ensuring conformance to company policies and external regulations including statutory requirements


- Any other matters / reporting as required by management
