Job Description

To conduct the internal audit activities for AMNS Expansion Projects at all the locations by following the laid down internal audit methodology and completion of audits as per approved IA plan for expansion projects. The job also requires to work with co-sourced agencies on audit engagements.

Accountabilities and responsibilities

1. Internal audit assurance for AMNS Projects

- Ensure audit execution in compliance with IA methodology

- Execution of audit engagement by taking guidance from IA Head Projects / Sr. Lead

- Ensure completeness of audit working papers and evidences

- Ensure timeliness in delivery of audits

- Preparation of audit queries and draft audit report for discussion with Sr Lead / IA Head Projects

2. Stakeholder management

- Engage with middle management for audit field work

- Engage with IA Head Projects / Sr. Lead on an on-going basis during audit execution till report finalization

- Provide support for report discussions and finalization with CIA

3. Internal audit governance management

- Provide active support to IA Head Projects / Sr. Lead for finalization of audits.

- Provide required support in preparation of effective presentations for management committee and Assurance Review Committee

4. Self-development

- Undergo the training programs as assigned by the team leads

- Monitor the self-development after trainings

- Undertake required professional development programs as per the IA departments requirements and initiatives.

Technical Skills:

Hands-on knowledge of IA frameworks, strong business and commercial acumen, hands on experience of audits of large capex projects, understanding of Projects Frameworks, understanding of key financials and KPIs of projects

Behavioral Skills: Team management, interpersonal and negotiation skills, conflict management, expertise in written and verbal communication of large projects audit or at manager level in Big 4 accounting firms.

Required Qualification:

Must to have BE/BTech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)or CA or MBA

Added advantage Certifications in Project Managements, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
