Capco Technologies - Technical Architect/Technical Program Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale, cloud-native applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft .NET, Azure Cloud, Python, and event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka.

The role involves defining solution architecture, driving modernization initiatives, mentoring engineering teams, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design end-to-end enterprise application architecture aligned with business objectives.

- Lead architecture discussions and define technology roadmaps for digital transformation initiatives.

- Architect cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services.

- Drive application modernization from monolithic systems to microservices-based architectures.

- Define architectural standards, coding guidelines, and best practices across engineering teams.

- Design scalable event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Review solution designs, code quality, security, scalability, and performance.

- Lead technical governance, architecture reviews, and design approvals.

- Mentor senior developers and technical leads, fostering engineering excellence.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.

- Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and DevSecOps standards.
