Role Summary:
The Digital Marketing Senior Analyst is a high-impact, hybrid role that bridges the gap between creative execution and technical data analysis. You will be responsible for the end-to-end orchestration of our digital presence, from building high-converting web pages to architecting complex lead-nurturing workflows in HubSpot. This position requires a professional who can blend strategic thinking with hands-on technical execution across CRM, social media, and email marketing. You will act as a core partner to regional marketing teams, ensuring all campaigns are technically sound, data-driven, and optimized for engagement across an international B2B landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Website Management: Lead the technical maintenance and optimization of the corporate website using CMS platforms like Sitecore; perform hands-on page building, UI/UX quality assurance (Q&A), and SEO strategy implementation.
- CRM & Automation (HubSpot): Architect and manage sophisticated lead-nurturing workflows, automated email sequences, and database segmentation to drive conversion.
- Email Marketing: Design, test, and deploy high-performing email campaigns, ensuring mobile responsiveness and strict adherence to deliverability best practices.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute an engaging content calendar for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, focusing on B2B thought leadership and community building.
- Analytics & Visualization: Monitor and interpret cross-channel performance data; create comprehensive dashboards to visualize ROI, engagement trends, and conversion funnels.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary digital consultant for regional marketing leads, translating campaign goals into technical execution plans.
- Content Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to refine content across all digital channels, ensuring a consistent and authentic brand voice that resonates with a global audience.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve tracking issues, broken links, or CRM integration errors to maintain a seamless user journey.
Technical Requirements:
- CRM Mastery (Mandatory): 3+ years of deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot, including CRM administration, email marketing modules, workflow automation, and advanced reporting.
- CMS Proficiency: Proven experience building and managing web pages within Sitecore or equivalent enterprise-grade Content Management Systems.
- Social Media Analytics: Expert knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and native platform analytics (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
- Data Visualization: Proficiency in interpreting complex datasets and using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics, or Excel to visualize marketing performance.
- Digital Design Basics: Familiarity with web standards (HTML/CSS basics) and design principles to ensure content quality across various screen sizes.
- B2B Strategy: Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and lead scoring methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in an international marketing environment with multi-regional stakeholder management.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to inject humor and authenticity into B2B messaging.
- A proactive, "self-starter" mindset with the ability to lead projects from ideation to post-launch analysis.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush) to drive organic traffic strategies.
- Experience with video content strategy for platforms like YouTube and Instagram Reels.
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
