Job Description:

- As a Product Owner for Digital Banking, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of our digital banking products and services tailored specifically for businesses.

- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business customers.

Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to):

- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital banking products based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, user stories, and features for digital banking products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.

- Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, continuously refining and reprioritizing features and enhancements based on feedback, market trends, and business priorities.

- Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of features.

- Provide real-time feedback.

- Foster collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the product development lifecycle.

- Drive successful product launches and adoption by working closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to develop go-to-market strategies, training materials, and customer communications.

- Monitor and analyze key product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to evaluate product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive iterative enhancements.

- Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to digital business banking products, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

- Works with Product Management to set release dates, determine when sufficient value has been delivered to release to market.

Required Qualifications:

- Product owner experience, specifically in banking (Business Banking, Commercial Banking) domain.

- Strong understanding of digital banking technologies, platforms, and trends, with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and make data-driven product decisions.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience working in an agile development environment, with proficiency in agile methodologies, scrum, and product management tools.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance considerations relevant to digital banking products.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.

- Proactive thought process is a must.

- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

- Ability to listen to and understand business needs.

- Hands on experience on Jira and Confluence a must.

- Standard industry certifications such as SAFe, CSPO, or PSPO are preferred.
