About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in business analysis and credit assessment processes. In this role, you will be responsible for driving functional capabilities within Credit Transformation initiatives, shaping product backlogs, and ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into deliverables. You will partner with senior stakeholders, SMEs, and delivery teams to enhance decision-making and ensure successful adoption of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and deliver functional capabilities for credit transformation products, focusing on credit assessment and regulatory compliance.

- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the RWA calculator, supporting regulatory capital and risk-based calculations (RWA, RoRWA, EL).

- Gather, refine, and draft user stories with clear acceptance criteria for development teams.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, and senior stakeholders to prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business value.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives).

- Support build, test, and implementation activities, including UAT, user training, UVT, and post go-live support.

- Provide clear documentation to communicate business requirements, processes, and outcomes.

- Drive process improvements and enhance user experience through a data-driven and structured approach.

- Champion Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous service improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5+ years as a Product Owner.

- Strong knowledge of credit assessment processes and exposure to regulatory requirements in financial services.

- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage product backlogs in an Agile environment.

- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on business value delivery.

- Experience with regulatory-driven change initiatives is preferred.
