Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Change and Enablement Manager with 8-15 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thought leader responsible for partnering with global leads to drive sustainable change within a project lifecycle. This role requires an individual who can create and implement high-impact engagement and learning strategies, ensuring successful user adoption and business readiness. You will be a key collaborator with project managers, business stakeholders, and various HR teams to achieve program objectives and manage interdependencies.
Key Responsibilities
Change & Engagement Strategy:
- Partner with the Global C&E Lead for TPRM (Third Party Risk Management) to embed change successfully.
- Create and implement strategic and tactical Engagement & Learning strategies, ensuring they align with the overall C&E plan.
- Develop a tailored end-user engagement strategy targeting specific stakeholder groups based on a change impact assessment.
Collaboration & Project Management:
- Work closely with program and project managers, business analysts, and design SMEs to achieve program objectives.
- Collaborate with leads from other HR and business projects to manage interdependencies and coordinate deployments.
- artner with Group HR communications and People Capability to ensure consistent messaging and engagement strategy.
Execution & User Adoption:
- Produce and own high-quality materials that drive user adoption and sustainability of change initiatives.
- Ensure identified business impacts are adequately addressed through business readiness plans and engagement.
- Support the execution of business testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Service Rehearsal Testing.
- Incorporate lessons learned into the engagement plan to continuously improve initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Core Experience:
- 8-15 years of experience in a change management or HR enablement role.
Professional Attributes:
- Proven ability to partner with stakeholders and act as a thought leader in change management.
- Strong understanding of the project lifecycle.
- The ability to create and implement high-impact engagement and learning strategies.
- Experience with stakeholder identification, assessment, and engagement across various locations and functions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with stakeholder mapping and analysis.
- Proficiency in change management methodologies like ADKAR or Prosci.
- A background in project management, with knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile frameworks.
- Experience in designing and developing training materials and workshops.
- Strong skills in creating communication plans and key messaging.
- Expertise in the use of change management tools and software.
