Position: Market Activation Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Market Activation Manager with 8 years of experience in digital transformation. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing comprehensive business readiness and Go-to-Market plans for new features and digital channels. This role requires a strong understanding of digital platforms, agile methodologies, and effective stakeholder management. You will oversee the entire launch lifecycle, from pre-launch planning and compliance to post-launch analysis and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and manage robust business readiness plans, which include change impact assessments, Go-to-Market strategies, training, and communications plans.
- Produce Go-to-Market plans with clear KPIs to ensure the smooth delivery of digital initiatives.
Launch & Implementation:
- Oversee business readiness activities for the launch of new features on digital channels, ensuring compliance with all regulatory approvals.
- Support markets with internal and external communications, provide training for frontline staff, and lead migration and implementation planning.
Post-Launch Analysis & Management:
- Lead post-launch activities, including Hypercare reporting, and track customer responses and operational performance.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and issues to ensure timely delivery and minimal disruption.
- Track MI (Management Information) and analytics reporting to measure business benefits post-launch.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Provide leadership to a team of Digital Market Activation Analysts.
- Collaborate with global teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Experience:
- 8 years of experience in digital transformation programs, with a focus on online and mobile platforms.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Agile cross-functional teams and the delivery of digital change at scale.
- A background in risk management, compliance, and securing regulatory approvals.
- Experience in MI & analytics reporting.
Professional Attributes:
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven leadership experience, including team management, recruitment, and performance coaching.
- The ability to produce comprehensive Go-to-Market plans with KPIs.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with IT project management methodologies and Agile frameworks.
- Expertise in process improvement, change management, and migration planning.
- Experience in the financial services domain (banking, wealth, insurance).
