Role Overview:

As a Business Analyst, you will serve as the critical bridge between complex business requirements and technical implementation within the investment banking domain. You will work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate intricate financial processes into actionable functional specifications. Your daily contributions will directly influence the efficiency of trading platforms and risk management systems, ensuring that our clients maintain a competitive edge in fast-paced global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Elicit and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with capital market objectives.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage product backlogs to maintain a consistent delivery cadence for high-priority financial projects.

- Analyze complex data sets and workflows to identify process improvements that enhance operational efficiency for investment banking clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of software solutions, from conceptualization to user acceptance testing.

- Bridge the communication gap between technical developers and non-technical business users to ensure transparency and project alignment.

Required Skillset:

- Possess 6 - 12 years of professional experience in business analysis, specifically within the investment banking or capital markets sectors.

- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in financial products, trade lifecycles, and regulatory reporting frameworks.

- Exhibit strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, including the ability to write clear user stories and manage sprint planning effectively.

- Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholder groups with clarity and professional confidence.

- Adapt seamlessly to a hybrid work environment across our Mumbai and Bangalore offices, maintaining high productivity in collaborative team settings.

- Hold a relevant degree in Finance, Engineering, or Business Administration, complemented by a proven track record of delivering large-scale financial technology projects.
