Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and impactful PM - Digital Transformations with 12+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will be a proven Delivery Lead with a strong background in managing complex, global digital transformation engagements.

This role requires an expert in project and program management methodologies, with the ability to lead multi-country initiatives, manage risks, and coordinate interdependencies. You will be a key driver of change, ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale digital projects within the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management & Delivery:

- Apply a strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies and techniques to ensure successful delivery.

- Coordinate projects and their interdependencies across multiple teams and geographies.

Risk & Issue Management:

- Proactively manage risks and issues, taking timely and effective corrective measurements.

- Ensure the successful delivery of projects with minimal disruption.

Agile & Leadership:

- Provide strong leadership and management to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Stakeholder Management:

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Experience:

- Proven experience as a Delivery Lead.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

- Strong experience with Banking-related Digital engagements.

- Extensive experience with Agile-led delivery.
