The ideal candidate has experience as a Scrum Master / Business Analyst with a desire to have a mixed role. Must have experience working as part of complex, cross functional, global projects with more than 5-8 years' experience in the banking industry. We are looking for a structured, highly organized individual with the ability to self-manage, work with a level of ambiguity and has a pro-active approach. The role requires the need to be able to work in a complex environment as part of a large scale global, fast paced project. The candidate should demonstrate a proven ability to autonomously work within FDO using an Agile approach from inception to completion as part of a wider program. Responsibilities: - As a Scrum Master -Drive, Implement and deliver Agile Practices in/across Teams. - Work with business leads, Technology Teams, control teams, compliance and other partners to define scope, objectives, timeline and plan. - Ensure successful execution of each project and request, including driving any required escalation, resolution of resource gaps/dependencies while meeting all required change management controls - Provide guidance to and be part of a cross consulting team - Work closely with Technology and Business to draft and shape user stories to drive tooling required for data cataloguing to transition the Firm in BAU - Have the ability to lead working group, stakeholder meetings driving execution - Be able to understand complex deliveries and be able to describe approaches gaining buy-in across the Firm - Create plans, risk and issue tracking, stakeholder management using an agile and flexible approach - Proven ability to build strong presentation materials and tell the story to drive action. - Demonstrate superior judgment to mitigate risk. Foster an environment where risk/controls are anticipated and proactively addressed. - Ensure ongoing alignment with other inter-dependent projects and initiatives across the group - Measure outcomes to evaluate post-implementation benefits realization and lessons learned - Work with geographically dispersed teams QUALIFICATIONS Skills Required: - Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work. - Around 5-8 years of Financial Services industry experience with a solid understanding of core banking products. - Around 5-8 years related business analysis & project management and delivery experience with evidence of participation in change management and continuous development projects within a complex global organization, preferably Financial Services - Ability to create / assist user stories, working with users and developers to refine and groom. - Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to act as a bridge between several business areas - A proven influencer with strong interpersonal skills, able to interact at all levels to drive successful outcomes in line with business and operational management globally - Ability to deal with ambiguity and define approaches to bring un-focused issues to resolution - Ability to work in a team environment, build and maintain a network of contacts, and coordinate with a large number of stakeholders across the business and technology - Demonstrates initiative, judgment and decision making - Strong understanding of Project Management concepts, SDLC methodologies and Operating models (Agile & Waterfall) - Solid Experienced in JIRA and Microsoft Office tools. - Good to Have - A decent understanding of Data Governance processes.
